LOAN ORIGINATOR
As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will be responsible for discussing client’s needs, recommending the best loan products, helping customers
BRANCH MANAGER
As Mortgage Branch Manager, you will direct and manage all activities including production, management and marketing of the branch.
WHOLESALE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Focuses on growing existing accounts while proactively pursuing new accounts and identifying roadblocks and obstacles to increasing business.
LOAN OPENER
As a Loan Opener, you will be responsible for the final input of data required to open mortgage loan applications.
SECONDARY MARKET MANAGER
As a Secondary Market Analyst, you will be providing rates update to our staff along with distributing daily reports and completing lock and pricing review
POST CLOSER
As a Post Closer, you will be responsible for managing the mortgage file after it has been closed.
LOAN PROCESSING MANAGER
As a Loan Processor Manager, you will be monitoring processes for efficiency and effectiveness
LOAN PROCESSOR
As a Loan Processor, you will be analyzing mortgage application. In addition, you will ensures all loan documentation is complete it accurately
QUALITY CONTROL AUDITOR
As a Quality Control Auditor, you will be responsible for monitoring the overall quality of loans with regard to originations.
SR. LOAN UNDERWRITER
As an Underwriter, you will analyze the loan packages to verify it meets the required guidelines set by both the HUD Department and private investors.
